4. Lawful basis for using your information

I only use personal information where there is a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Consent — for example, where you choose to receive updates or provide information      for a specific purpose.
  • Contract  — where information is needed to provide a service you have requested or      purchased.
  • Legitimate interests — for example, to respond to enquiries, manage bookings,      improve services, keep appropriate records and operate the business.

5. Bookings and online meetings

I use Calendly to allow people to book introductory calls and other appointments.

When you book through Calendly, you may be asked to provide details such as your name, email address, preferred time and any information you choose to include in the booking form.

After a booking is made, a calendar invitation may be sent using Google Calendar, and meetings may take place through Google Meet or another agreed meeting platform.

These third-party tools process information needed to schedule, manage and deliver the meeting. I only use this information to manage your enquiry, booking, session or related service.

6. Coaching, consultancy and session records

Where I work with you directly, I may keep brief notes relating to our sessions, meetings, assessments or consultancy work. These notes are used to support continuity, quality, professional reflection and appropriate record-keeping.

Client notes and related records are stored securely and accessed only by me unless otherwise agreed or legally required.

Records are retained only for as long as necessary for professional, legal, insurance, accounting or administrative purposes.

7. Psychometric assessments

Where psychometric assessments are used, including Lumina Learning assessments where relevant, I may collect and process the minimum personal information required to set up, deliver, interpret and discuss the assessment.

This may include your name, email address, assessment responses, assessment profile/report and any information needed to support the assessment debrief or related coaching, consultancy or team development work.

Where third-party assessment platforms are used, only the information required to deliver the assessment is shared with the relevant provider. These providers are expected to handle information securely and not use it for their own direct marketing purposes.

8. Payments

If you purchase a product, assessment, course, session or service through this website or a linked payment page, your payment card details are not held by Nudgme Consultancy.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers who specialise in secure online payment processing.

Nudgme Consultancy may receive limited payment-related information, such as your name, email address, amount paid, transaction reference and the service purchased, for booking, accounting and administrative purposes.

9. Marketing and updates

You will only receive marketing emails, newsletters, updates or resources from me where you have opted in or where there is another appropriate lawful basis to contact you.

You can change your marketing preferences or unsubscribe at any time by contacting:

colmnudgmeconsultancy@gmail.com

I will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have consented to this or there is another appropriate lawful basis to do so.
