Hi, I’m Colm — a Chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist since 2023 (Psychological Society of Ireland), based in Dublin. I’m also the founder of nudgme, my solo coaching practice focused on real-world psychology at work
I’ve worked in the tech industry since the early 2000s — at companies like eBay, Airbnb, Twitter/X — all while studying psychology by night. Over time, I discovered what really drives me: helping people navigate complexity with clarity, care, and intention.
Today, I coach individuals across industries and career stages — from early-career professionals to seasoned leaders — supporting them as they reset direction, communicate with impact, and lead with integrity (without burning out).

- Registered BPS Psychometrician with specialist access to a range of assessments, Certified in Occupational Testing (Levels A & B)
